Janet Fogarty is a Senior Relationship Manager Specialist Director at Morgan Stanley Private Bank where she oversees residential mortgage lending for the firm’s ultra-high net worth clients in the Wealth Management Division. Prior to her current role, she was the Managing Director for Blue Sky global Capital, a provider of commercial financing solutions for individuals and small businesses. Fogarty’s career spans senior positions in residential and commercial mortgage banking at some of the largest national banks including Citibank, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, formerly Washington Mutual, and Rocket Mortgage. She also currently serves as a judge and mentor to Boston’s MassChallenge, the largest global accelerator for entrepreneurs and start up companies, and is a mayoral appointee to the Weymouth Housing Authority Board.
Aside from her extensive professional career, Fogarty is the elected Republican National Committeewoman for Massachusetts. On the RNC, she serves on the Resolutions Committee representing the Northern and Mid-Atlantic states plus Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and has been appointed to the Committee on Arrangements for the 2024 Presidential Convention. Fogarty is also an elected member of the MA Republican State Committee for the Plymouth-Norfolk district. She has served as a Delegate to the presidential conventions of 2020, 2016, and 2012 and represented the MA delegation on the Rules Committee for the 2016 Convention. She has worked on the finance committees of Gov. Charlie Baker and Lt. Gov. Karyn Polito, Gov. Mitt Romney, and Sen. Scott Brown and is the former chairman of both the Cohasset and Scituate Republican Town Committees and is President of the GOP8 PAC.
Janet Fogarty is a graduate of the University of Southern California where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Communications and Journalism, and Political Science.
